Brazilian artist Nunca, whose work I have featured on The Double Truth before, recently painted a large scale mural in Berlin and though I didn't see it in person, I am always down to shine a light on his art. Nunca is Spanish for “Never” for the uninitiated, and the artists work usually centers around the indigenous people of Brazil and their struggle to survive. This piece was a dedication to the cultural punk population of Germany and their shameless panhandling efforts to "survive". Created in conjunction with the Urban Spree Festival in Berlin, Nunca kept his signature style of overlapping line work to render the finished piece and introduce his own narrative into the mix.
