Though the buzz about the
Date Farmers has been heavy for years, I always enjoy seeing the newest "old" work that they mash together for each new pieve of art. They are known for using random materials like house paint, sparkly stickers, strip club fliers, corrugated metal siding, and wheat paste posters in combination with their hand-drawn images of desert wasteland iconography like snakes, spiders and scorpions, distorted religious symbols and faded commercial signage. The combination of icons and ambiguous symbols always make for a good brain exercise.
